"...you all nailed it"
An email we received from a customer:
Caroline and Jason-
I just want you both to know what joy and appreciation you brought to my daughter's face with this trophy. I know this probably sounds a little over the top with emotion, but w/o going into the whole story behind it, my deepest appreciation goes out to both of you for accommodating the change at the last minute, and still being able to finish the job by yesterday evening with such short notice...(oh ya, and by the way, the trophy looked great too). ha-ha...Thank you very much for each of your contributions and accommodations.
The combination of great customer service, and follow-through, is a rarity seldom found anymore, but you all "nailed it."
