01) What are your hours of operation?

Our business hours are Monday - Friday, 9 a.m. - 6 p.m.
Saturdays, 10 a.m. - 4 p.m.

02) Do you complete your services in-house?

Yes, we have the equipment to fulfill bulk orders from engraving and sandblasting to screen printing and embroidery. We also print vinyl banners, decals and films.

03) Can you help with art design? What is your rate?

Yes, our design staff is available to assist with and produce art concepts, logo creation and art adjustments. There is a half-hour minimum and we charge $78.50 an hour.

04) Can I see what the design will look like?

Of course, before anything is engraved, embroidered or printed, you will receive a layout / proof for approval. At that time you will be able to make any design modifications.

05) How quickly will I receive my order?

Our standard production time is 10 business days. We do offer RUSH services for your convenience, as follows:

Same Day 50% of entire order
1 Day 40% of entire order
2-3 days 30% of entire order
4-5 days 20% of entire order
6-7 days 10% of entire order
Express Production is less than 7 business days.

06) What is the cost to get art set-up for embroidery?

To digitize your custom logo, there is a one-time setup fee of $89. All other set-up charges are as follows: Text & Clip Art ($30), Just Clip Art ($25), and Just Text ($20).

07) What is the cost to get art set-up for engraving?

There is a $14.95 per-order set-up charge for engraving (laser or rotary), and then $0.25 per-character charge after that. When it comes to sandblasting, it’s $0.30 per character.

08) What are the costs involved with screen printing?

For each screen used during the process, there is a $29 charge. For example, if you want something printed in two different locations on a shirt and there are 3 different colors being used, the setup charge will be $174.
